Chandler's a WHITE BELT!!!

So Chandler started Karate this past week! I can't tell you how happy it made me! Because...I can't even begin to explain how happy he WAS!!! And that's what makes me happiest, is when my little ones are happy! And seeing him at his first Karate lesson...he just looked SO HAPPY! Ear to ear grin, eyes locked on the instructor the entire time and those eyes just full of enthusiasm! I really think Karate will be excellent for him!

So, all in all...he still doesn't quite understand all the concepts - but he likes making "ninja moves" lol - he did that before - and here he gets to do just that! But he still doesn't understand the whole "belt" thing. He sees all the students with
different colored belts. And doesn't know what they mean...but he does know this much...and that's that his favorite color is green!

So when I try to explain to him what a black belt is, and that's what all the students are working toward...he won't hear it!!! Right now...the best to him is the GREEN BELT! And that's what he is excited to earn...his Green belt...and no, he doesn't yet want to work toward a black belt... after all...Green is what it's all about to Chan...He LOVES green!!! He just cracks me up!
